Just wondering, as I have never met anyone with aspergers at sporting events. I compete in longer distance running, and that racewalking thing that you probably think is silly :L.

Aspies can do sports. When I was younger I was into equestrian sports, until I broke my ankle and had to stop. I was good at long distance running as a kid, but I had some many social problems at school I didn't want to be on the track team.

As an adult I like physical activity although I can be lazy too. I enjoy walking and jogging with my dog, going to the gym and doing exercise videos. I recently got a Wii but haven't used the sports games much yet, But i like it so far!

I would just like to support the notion that sports are especially good for Aspies.  They have helped my son in so many ways...from total body coordination to societal rules.  By the way...what is a harrier?
