aspergers and handwriting problems?

Hi i am new to this forum. am currently a graduate student who has had a history of trouble making/keeping friendships.
i also find that no matter what i do, i have trouble writing. i am right-handed, and have trouble forming letters with circular shapes like a,b,c,o,e. i can feel my hand/arm cramping up as if i am forcing something. if i write at a regular pace like everyone else, then the circular shapes always have jagged edges, like one or more sharp points. if i write really slow, i can make the circular shapes with a lot of concentration. the same thing happens when i am writing on the board.
i am just wondering if this is an asperger trait. do other aspies have problems with handwriting, specifically forming smooth curved letters?

Yes, I think that's a pretty common Aspie trait. I found a really useful handwriting guide that helped me a lot, though. It might help you too
