I bet those two forums are really moderated by the same people and that's why they are conspiring to keep me out.

Moderators must approve EVERY application for membership?  Sounds like an invite-only kind of set-up to me.

I don't see why you can't register at intensity. Theres no reason.

Its quite cliquey though and full of people who are in their 30s and 40s.

I can't get in with any email address at all, throwaway ones or real ones.

I live in Edinburgh, Scotland and the festival is currently on and it's 22 degrees outside.  I should be outside in real life meeting all these 'wonderful people' but all I can handle is forums, and then I get turned away from forums.  That is horribly depressing.

There's more to the story. I had a falling out with Alex over his poor leadership of what was supposed to be a support community so I hacked WP. I Pulled some threads that were embarrassing to Alex out of the moderator forum and made them publicly viewable, sent out a mass email critical of him to all members using WP's email address, and I made some cosmetic changes to Alex's personal account......

The 2 things I kick myself for not doing was downloading all the threads that WillFreund1 (the mass shooter guy) posted in, and not making a fake thread where Alex came out of the closet.   What's even funnier was that half his mods and admins knew what I was doing and nobody told him because they liked me better than him at the time.

I don't foresee any of that happening here though. Aspergers Girl doesn't strike me as the type to believe she is a legend in her own mind, and I'm done pulling those antics anyway.

You might have seen me there on WP too; I was dhp.  I used to post somewhat often with significant anger seeping out of words.  I too left WP because of the number of self diagnosed aspies, trolls, and abuse.  The WP chat room became an abuse room.  So, AS_Redneck, welcome.  So far, this site seems to be much better; yet unfortunately, no chat room.  Oh well.  I think WP got too big for Alex Plank to handle...lol

As I understand it Fiona is working on getting the site firmly established first which is always the best way to go with any forum and then will be looking at extra features like a chat room ect. So stay tuned
