Redheads; Redheads are not TOO uncommon in the UK and Ireland.

10% of Ireland's population has red hair, while 13% of Scotland's population has it.

As for blonde hair, It's a minority which doesn't have it in the Scandinavian peninsula + Finland.

When I looked at childhood pics of me with my class, 90-95% of all the kids had blonde hair.

Blonde hair isn't more common in Norway and Sweden, but in Denmark and Finland, most in Finland though.
