I think Girls and guys forums are a good idea. I'll need to make some rules too. Movies and Video games? I won't be having an R18 section, leave that to intensity  |

It would depend on what the overall idea of the forum is. Like Intensity's idea is "free speech and ar@e kicking"... A "Random Fun" forum wouldn't go astray  Maybe even a "Member's Jourals/Blogs" area for people to create a single topic for their journal-type posts. With or without the option for posts/comments from others. |

With or without the option for posts/comments from others. Well this site is more like a cross between Wrongplanet and Intensity. This site doesn't promote uncensored swearing or adult material as young aspies may register. I also want free speech to an extent where people can express their feelings or exasperation with another member or their ideas. It's fine to do that until it becomes flaming, at that stage it will be moved to the callouts section. I like the blogging idea too. |

what about something like they have at WP like boards for different AS issues like social issues, work issues, symptoms, dating etc.
How bout boards that cater to different interest like computers and gaming?

Yeah those are good ideas but I don't want to add too many boards at this stage unless there is a demand for them.. until then those topics can be covered in the general discussion |

I do wonder why other forums don't seem to have that since the more stable communities seem to. The A.S ning forums are in desperate need. xDD I agree with the 'random' forum too. So a happy median could be achieved between those who really hate what they consider spam and others who really couldn't care less. |

I think a News Folder is a great idea. I think a Callout folder is an AWFUL idea which will completely change the character of this forum - based on how I have seen such areas used for bullying. I'm still waiting for the possibility of a Movie folder |
