I recently read this interesting article, which states that, contrary to the conventional wisdom, low-fat diets and sunscreen use are very bad for your health, especially for women. It states that low fat consumption and sunscreen use reduce the amount of necessary fats, cholesterol and Vitamin D, which is most important for your brain. In women, low-fat diets cause menstruation irregularities, and abnormal fetus growth, and INCREASED RISK OF AUTISM in fetuses.

She has a rather negative view of autism, though, the author.

I have a rather negative view of her... so that makes her and I even then Grin

The author is a complete idiot... for a start she seems to think that Autism comes from female life-style... what a moron.

Autism has increased in America in the last thirty years... is this because Americans stay out of the sun (or use sun screen that screens out ALL the suns rays) and stay pencil thin? Well we all know Americans are known for being a thin nation that dislikes being outside in the sun - lol Roll Eyes (Yes, I'm being sarcastic - lol).
