Are some school uniforms designed to be sexy?

Now I've seen my fair share of frumpy uniforms and by all means, the majority of teen school girls are not attractive in any way.

But today on my way home from work I caught sight of this beauty; she had long dark hair, a little red tie, a tight-fitting white shirt revealing a slender and well-proportioned body, and she had cute black leggings on that showed you the full extent and grace of her legs (for she had but a small skirt on).

And ever since I saw her, with her cute face (now I am sure she was at least 16), I have been having warm thoughts, and I am fit to burst from out of my trousers.  

So, what think you?

Surely to God this young woman could never be anything but a sex bomb when attired in such flattering clothes, uniform or not.  Really, really hawt.

School uniforms are designed to be neutral. Having said that, there shouldn't be school uniforms or a dress code in schools. I never saw any guys dressed like Kiss or any girls dressed like Lady Gaga back when I was in high school.

I think in japan its meant to be sexy to encourage mating and making babies. I believe it was/still is a serious problem there - not enough people.

The uniforms that I remember were... not sexy really, but then again those were from religiously affiliated schools. Ive never seen anyone in school uniform here in the US though.

I guess... the good thing with uniforms is even if you wear the same thing for a week, if its... clean you can still get away with it hohohhohohoho

They are densely populated because of immigrant workers, not necessarily citizens - and not including illegal aliens and they most often send the wages out of the country. if they had enough, they wouldnt need to import workers. but maybe that has changed now over the years

Seriously, I guess it depends on what you find attractive.  Most schools try to make the uniforms as least sexy as possible (sorry for grammar error, I woke up too early and am tired), but what these schools don't realize is that the hidden truths (i.e. what is left to the imagination) can be even sexier to some than "showing it".  No, I'm not a pervert - it is merely an observation I have seen over the years.

I think that a hot girl will look hot in just about anything. I also think that people who are turned on by the uniform itself are at least a little perverted.
