I loved the hook or claw shot. Only used it in Twilight Princess (clawshot), but when you get two of them...it's awesome!

Personally, I loved the 360 degree sword slashes you could do whenever you had full hearts.

I know where treasure is waiting for me.
Silver and gold in the mountains of Spain

Links awakening on the old mono gameboy it's so old now but I played it more than mario and tetris. I always used to steal stuff from the shop in the first village. I also loved excavating the whole area with the spade Grin. I never did get very far though. The only other Zelda game I really liked was Zelda: Ocarina of Time for the N64. Haven't seen Zelda: Twilight Princess have to check that one out too.

Zelda - A Link To The Past

I loved this game so much as a kid that I'd often skip school just to play it.  Tongue

Yes that was one of my fav objects in OoT.

Ocarina of Time is imo the best Zelda game without a doubt.
Windwaker was pretty good too.
I didn't like Majora's Mask very much due to the whole "time is running out" thing. I don't like being pressured, and I love to just take my time and explore. Did finish it once, though.
I was too young to fully appreciate the older Zelda games, I think, but I gave them a shot at least.

(Reference to the first game Cheesy)

After playing OoT, nothing compares.

The time running out was never a problem for me, because it lasted for ages if you slowed it down. Plenty of time to explore new areas you unlock but I can see how its not always appealing.

It would be almost impossible for me to choose between ALttP, OoT, MM, and WW. For sheer epicness, I might have to go with OoT...although there are really great things about each one.
