Whats everyone's favourite Zelda game?

I don't have a fav...

I liked OoT, WW, MM, TP and PH and Minish Cap all equally.

LTTP was okay but would be easier to play on a TV as oppsed to a Game boy advance. Wasn't really a fan of the four swords. The old ones sucked imo probably because I was used to better graphics by the time I played them. Haven't played OoA or Oos though Sad

OoT was my first zelda game also. Fav temple = spirit then water.

My favoritest Zelda game would probably be Twilight Princess, followed closely by Phantom Hourglass.

Though I'm rather partial to all the Zelda games, of which I've played all except Wind Waker, Link's Awakening, and the Oracle games.

Why do you prefer those ones?

I haven't played the oracle ones either.. I wouldn't mind having them on wii download.

They're the first two I actually finished, so I'm probably attached to them for that.

Though TP has the best ever sword fight battle (the last fight against Ganondorf) in any game... I loved it!

I liked PH because of the unique controls.

I haven't finished the TP yet, I stopped playing because I didn't want the fun to be over so soon.  The phantom hourglass controlls pissed me off at first but afterwards I wouldn't have wanted it any other way Smiley

I agree, the PH controls took a bit of getting used to, especially seeing as my hand sometimes covered the screen!

I loved phantom hourglass. Other than that, I haven't played any other Zelda games except for the very very very early originals.

I like the old-school kinds: the original, Ocarina of Time, etc. Though I like Four Swords too.

I prefer the 64 controls personally.. playing OoT on the gamecube was a real pain.

I like Link to the Past (SNES) and the very first Zelda for NES the best.   OoT would come in after that.   I really did not care for Wind Waker as much (though I did enjoy it).    TP was fun, but just has better graphics than OoT and not really any better of a game itself.   Zelda II for NES is misunderstood and underrated, but I would not say it is my least favorite of the Zelda games.    That is reserved for the Wind Waker as far as main stream goes.   I didn't care for the Gameboy iterations that much either.

Ocarina of Time is imo the best Zelda game without a doubt.
Windwaker was pretty good too.
I didn't like Majora's Mask very much due to the whole "time is running out" thing. I don't like being pressured, and I love to just take my time and explore. Did finish it once, though.
I was too young to fully appreciate the older Zelda games, I think, but I gave them a shot at least.

(Reference to the first game Cheesy)

After playing OoT, nothing compares.

Kitty!

Anyways, I loved the weapons in it, especially stuff you could pick up (like rocks)
