What you mean is evolution.

Darwin is just some man who's now dead.

I'm not saying you can't believe in God while accepting evolution. I'm saying that evolution itself doesn't need God scientifically speaking.

Dont know if i agree with this one.  Survey showed 45% percent of american scientists believe in god.  40 percent believe in god guided evolution.  If we dont needd god then why would such a huge amount of sciencetists believe in god and evolution together.  Your right to come with a hypothesis you dont need god to be part of the hypothesis

Although I believe in jesus and that I am not a big fan of the way many conservative churches put out a false beacon of hope for acceptence to people especially people with disabilities.  Whats your idea on the matter

I respect an individual's faith and spirituality; religion is almost always a tool for social compliance for personal, political, or other purposes - in my opinion.

Yeah, it's called faith. Doesn't mean it's based on empirical evidence. They just choose to believe in God (like I do). Scientists are still human beings regardless of their knowledge.

Having faith in naturalism and naturalistic methods in our origins is also called faith and in many ways athiesm is a form of faith as well Smiley

I'm neither arguing for naturalism nor for atheism.

The point is we have no evidence for the existence of God the Creator.

I am a Christian and I approach Christian groups with caution. I don't get preoccupied with the first few chapters of Genesis (and don't worry if others do). My big concern is self-righteous Christian clique "church" behavior.
