So your an aussie to begin with or were your parent kiwis but had you over here.  My parents are aussies and I was concieved in australia but born in png.  Something I don t like but cant do much about considering I am very patriotic and love the aussie way of life.

Just don't be too specific about where you are...unless you live in a major city, then you are hard to track down anyway. It's generally not such a big concern for heterosexual adult males. I only had one person threaten to find me and come after me (5 years ago), so I threatened to have a bullet with his name on it and that was the end of that.

My dad was aussie, mum is kiwi.  Mum lived in Oz for about 18 years.  I decided to have an aussie passport, I could've taken a kiwi one.  Do you have an aussie passport?
