I have 10 guns (no .22s or other low power cartridges) and about 5k rounds of ammo. I can slay all zombies in my area and live off the supplies of my dead neighbors. All I need is some wood-tipped silver bullets soaked in pig's blood and I'll be ready for the apocalypse.

a good question here would be... considering that the entire populatipon couldve been infected already... would you consider hunting and cooking zombies for food??? I mean assuming that cooking can kill the virus which... it should right.

Do not burn zombies. Burning them spreads the infection. They need to be left alone or chemically dissolved.

zen I think it would have to be 2 big macs a day - to meet atleast a normal human's calorie content, so that would about 700 big macs for one year at the least. Thats a lot of food to stockpile. I think I heard long ago there were military rations that you can buy that does last for years, I wonder where you can buy a cheap ton of em hohoho.

I think mcdonalds would be eh... overrun by zombies too itll be brains burgers and human instead of chicken drumsticks hohoho. no wait I think the sundae and dessert would be replaced with brains and the burger patties would be just ground humans. then hot wings with fingers?

McDonald's hamburgers do not decompose at room temperature (they just get hard), so storing those might work. As for military rations, they are called MREs and they can be found at http://www.keepshooting.com/militarysurplus/protectivegear/mre-meal-ready-to-eat.htm. Depending how close you are to the coast, they will last about 7 years by the coast or 4.5 in the valley unless they are stored refrigerated (avoid freezing if possible). In a refrigerator they would last 10 years.

so $40 gives you 6 days of food, thats like $2400 for a year, unless you can go for 400 calories per day which probably would double it. survival aint cheap huh hihihihihi

and I guess the only thing that you can grow in a bunker would be mushrooms. i wonder if you can have an ant farm for protein, but what would you feed em...
