Hey, I need advice on something...I've never been good at explaining things so I'll try my best.

I'm being diagnosed with Aspergers at the moment, but even my psycologist personally thinks I have it.
At the place I work, the people I work for aren't exactly the nicest. I work in a shoe shop, and of course we get a number of different people coming in. (if you understand what I mean by that). My boss(es) can be very rude and racist, not to these peoples faces of course though. They are not very nice and they abuse their power as boss and stuff. After my diagnosis I want to tell them I have it, but as they are always talking about me and being rude to me behind my back, I'm not sure whether I should tell them, and if I do, whether they will start treating me differently. My boyfriend works where I work (Thats how I met him) and he says that if anything is said, he will definatley sort them out. I'm just worried because I don't want them slagging me off even more because they do it enough as it is (I know this because my boyfriend hears them and tells me, and also one of the people who works there is actually a nice person to me and tells me, too).
So...what do you suggest I do, and what how do you think they will react to my disabilty if I tell them?

Thank you

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I have had a rather ignorant arragant bosses before and telling them that you have aspergers will not make the more leniant on you.  Your probably better finding a shoe shop that has nice and more compassionate employers unfortantly.   I had a boss many years ago like this who said that I did not have a disability and the workers and the supervisior above were very abusive of me.  You get workplaces like that unfortantley.  I

In my opinion don't. They seem like jerks, I don't see how it would help.
