Why Japan creates all video games ?

They were one of the leading developers of video games as we know it. Nintendo is a Japanese company that was exported to US in the late 80s and it was amazing. As for why, who knows, they're just damn good at it. A lot of games in US were created in Japan and refitted with American actors, dialogue, and even minor plot changes. Most of the actual design work, graphics and gameplay are a product of Japanese minds of those games.

Yeah, you are right, the Japanese made a huge impact in the market with the Nintendo and Sega, although it has to be said, a lot of their early efforts left a lot to be desired. In fact it was Sega who really pushed global development in Europe, Australia and the US. The UK had a head start over the rest of Europe, thanks to the Cambridge hardware boom in the late 1970’s / early 80’s, and still are the third largest software developer worldwide.

Yeah, Microsoft are likely to have a pretty large boost in sales over the next 18 months or so given the recent events at Sony.
